On the front of the FMS 2000 is a display and range selection switch.
Flow rate directly output as sccm or slm
Provides individually settable 'zero point adjustment'
Convenient connection to 0-5 VDC analog output using 15-pin 'D' connector
20 sccm ~ 6,000 slpm All 5 flowmeters are detachable
Manifold for both inlet and outlet of connecting pipe
Using VCR fittings, leak-free connection to flowmeters and easy removal/replacement
The single filter is connected to the internal protection
