Thermal mass flow measurement system designed to measure pump speed tests.

  • Built in open full height 1690mm profile

  • On the front of the FMS 2000 is a display and range selection switch.

  • Flow rate directly output as sccm or slm

  • Provides individually settable 'zero point adjustment'

  • Convenient connection to 0-5 VDC analog output using 15-pin 'D' connector

  • 20 sccm ~ 6,000 slpm All 5 flowmeters are detachable

  • Manifold for both inlet and outlet of connecting pipe

  • Using VCR fittings, leak-free connection to flowmeters and easy removal/replacement

  • The single filter is connected to the internal protection
